Cybelec Solutions Featured at FABTECH in Chicago

Cybelec is very excited to announce that manufacturers will be able to get to see and experience Cybelec products at FABTECH in Chicago September 8-11. FABTECH attendees can sample three Cybelec products: the CybTouch 15 PS, VisiTouch PAC and VisiTouch 24 in Booth A4585 in Hall A.

Cybelec products are an integral part of every press brake retrofit, delivering a renewed functionality to older brakes and fine tuning the brake’s bending precision. At FABTECH, attendees can sample several Cybelec solutions that can drastically improve their machine production and extend its life.

CybTouch 15 PS

The CybTouch 15 PS, which will be in the Cybelec booth at FABTECH, is a prime example of the improved functionality delivered by Cybelec solutions. The CybTouch 15 PS features:

·        user-friendly HMI

·        many automatic functions that constantly guidethe operator.

For optimal integration during a press brake retrofit, the CybTouch 15 PS is integrated into a sleek and modern housing or can optionallyalso be delivered as a robust panel. To bring your press brake functionalityinto the modern era, a high speed RF link wireless communication device facilitates backup, restoring, data transfer functions with laptop computers,as well as beam movements’ traces with the included oscilloscope.

VisiTouch Pac

Attendees can also try out the VisiTouch Pac, a 2D numericalcontrol specifically designed for streamlined bending operations on CNC press brakes with 2D touch profile and 3D viewing. This unit utilizes a modern compact CNC concept with a CNC mounted on the back of the 19” touch screen, interfacemodule in the cabinet and open software platform allowing customization. It delivers digital capabilities for older brakes, with CANopen® and EtherCAT®, Windows10 with power cut protection, and industry 4.0 ready. It’s also user-friendlywith intuitive programming in 2D and Numerical, touch Profile and 3D viewers.

VisiTouch 24

The VisiTouch 24, an all-in-One CNC with integrated back-mounted control board, will also be in Booth A4585 at FABTECH. This Cybelec solution features a massive 24 inches surface full touch-screen with the CNC board mounted on the back of the screen. The unit is fully digital with CANopen® and EtherCAT® field buses capable of controlling many axes for precise bending. With a new quadcore processor unit, this control delivers a unique experience with 2D graphic profile drawing (Touch Profile) and 3D viewer. It interfaces to all kind of hydraulic systems, I/O and analog axes thanks to the CybMVA modules placed inside the cabinets. In addition to all the features available to control simple as well most sophisticated press brakes, hydraulic, electrical and hybrid, VisiTouch Pac offers also an open system allowing customization to be up to the Industry’s 4.0 production management requirements.
